ROOM DETAILS
The Cumberland Plastics Media Room is a 188 sq ft space ideal for photos and video recording. Whether you're doing product photography, recording a video, or hosting a podcast, it’s the perfect setting. The space includes two chairs and decorative plants, and you can bring any additional supplies you need for your shoot.

The Botanic Coffee Nook is a charming space available exclusively to members offering a little slice of the Botanic at the Opelika Chamber. It’s a perfect setting for intimate meetings and casual gatherings, featuring a booth and table for a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

The Opelika Chamber Training Center is a 2,041 sq ft space that is our most versatile space as it can be set-up classroom style, theater style, or more, and is the perfect venue for professional trainings, guest speakers, and presentations. The room features access to multiple TVs, cameras, and microphones for presentations, video calls, and more.

PAYMENT POLICY
To secure your reservation, full payment of the rental fee is required. Rentals are available for a minimum of either a half-day or full-day use.
PARKING & ACCESS
Complimentary parking is provided for all rooms. Visitors with carts are welcome to use the loading dock and elevator located at the back of the building.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the meeting date; otherwise, rental fees will not be refunded.
CATERING
For catered events, we have a great selection of member caterers to choose from. Please ask the caterer that food arrives ready to be served.
For convenient unloading, caterers can use the loading dock at the back of the building and the elevator for deliveries. Smaller, single deliveries (like Grubhub or Uber Eats) should park in visitor parking to keep fire lanes clear.
Outside catering is permitted. If you’re working with a caterer, please provide their information along with a general overview of the planned food service. Caterers are responsible for the setup and cleanup of the event. If they are unable to handle cleanup, this responsibility falls to the Renter, and cleanup fees may apply. The Renter must also supply all necessary disposable serving products (utensils, plates, cups, napkins, etc.).
For an additional $150, you can access our non-commercial kitchen, available for plating, prepping, and storing food/equipment.
SET UP
Renters may only access their room during the allotted time. Renters will not have access prior to the start of the reservation.
All meeting spaces must be returned to its original configuration after use. Facility damages will be the responsibility of and invoiced to the user.
AFTER HOURS
For all events past 5pm, a flat fee of $325 will be added to the room rental fee to cover A/C and janitorial costs.
